DATE:                 Saturday March 17, 2007

 

SITE:     Cornwall High School Pool, Rt. 94 Cornwall, NY. The pool is a 6 lane 25 yard pool with non turbulent lane dividers. The cost is $2.50 per Individual event and $6.00 per relay. Make Checks payable to Cornwall Sea Dragons. All entries must be received by March 10, 2007.  Late entries and or changes received after this date may not be listed in meet program. ENTRY

LIMIT:                 Swimmers will be limited 3 individual events and 2 relays.

 

RULES:     ESSL rules will govern the meet. All events are timed finals.

 

AWARDS:     All swimmers attaining a championship qualifying time at the meet will receive a qualifying time medal.

 

WARM UPS: Morning warm ups for 12 and under will start at 7:30AM and afternoon warm ups for 13 to 18 year olds will not start before 12:30PM. Teams will be apprised of their warm up time prior to the day of the meet. Lane assignments will be posted and announced over PA system the day of the meet.

 

ELIGIBILITY: All swimmers must be registered in the ESSL and will swim in their age group. No swim ups will be allowed. All swimmers MUST have a seed time.

 

CONDITIONS: Cornwall Sea Dragons Swim Team, Cornwall Central School District and their agents or representatives shall be held free and harmless from all liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of this meet.

 

SEEDING:      All coaches must check in at registration to pick up meet package. Deck seeding will be utilized. Scratches are due at computer table no later than 8:30AM and thirty minutes prior to the start of the afternoon session is scheduled to begin.

 

                        Heat sheet will be distributed to all teams ( 2 copies per team) prior to the start of the meet. They will also be posted in the gymnasium where all swimmers will be stationed and seeded to swim their events. Please have swimmers bring towels, and blanket to relax on while waiting their next swimming event.

 

                        Meet personnel will escort all swimmers from seeding area (Gym) through locker rooms to assigned area on deck. All swimmers must return to gymnasium through locker rooms.

 

CONCESSION: There will be a concession area for both AM and PM sessions which will be serving hot and cold food and beverages for all in attendance.

 

PARKING:     Limited parking by pool entrance. There is ample parking  in the main high school parking lot. Parking is NOT PERMITTED in area reserved for busses in front of main entrance to high school.
